Welcome to Khairi Resort ! We're thrilled you're considering an adventure with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following terms and conditions:

Attention:

This is the sole official website of Khairi Resort. Any transactions or communications conducted through unofficial channels are not recognized and may result in potential fraud or service issues. To protect yourself, do not make any advance payment exceeding 40% of the total service cost. Verify with the property by mail simlipalkhairiresort@gmail.com or call ( J.L AGARWALLA – 8249002656).

Terms and Conditions

  • ➡️ Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in without a parent or guardian.
  • ➡️ Property has the right to deny for the rooms if the guest is suffering from fever or contaminated with some diseases.
  • ➡️ Standard check-in time is after 11 AM and check-out time is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for free (subject to availability).
  • ➡️ Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the room or resort property during their stay.
  • ➡️ It is mandatory for the guest to carry their Booking voucher/have the confirmation message, at the time of Check in.
  • ➡️ Guest should carry proper ID like Aadhar Card, Voter card, or Driving license etc. No PAN cards.
  • ➡️ During power cuts, emergency lights & fans will be available only.
  • ➡️ This property is strictly prohibited for any illegal activities, any explosives, any weapons, & any contraband articles.
  • ➡️ Guests are expected to respect quiet hours and avoid excessive noise that may disturb other guests.
  • ➡️ Khairi Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions or disrupts the peace and enjoyment of other guests.
  • ➡️ Pets are allowed on the property.
  • ➡️ Outside foods are allowed on the property.

Reservation and Payment

  • ➡️ During online booking the guest can pay the advance via Net banking, UPI, cards etc.
  • ➡️ After any payment if the guest doesn’t receive any confirmation mail, they need to mail at simlipalkhairiresort@gmail.com with the payment proof.
  • ➡️ If a guest wants to change or delay the reservation, they must contact Resort’s Reservation department 15 days before, from the date of reservation.
  • ➡️ In the resort the guest can pay through Cash or UPI.
  • ➡️ Any modifications to your reservation (such as changes in dates, room types, or guest numbers) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Child Policy

  • ➡️ Children under 8 years old stay free in existing bedding when sharing a room with a paying adult.
  • ➡️ If a child requires an additional bed, the hotel may charge an extra fee subject to availability.
  • ➡️ Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children throughout their stay.

Privacy Policy

  • ➡️ The information we collect may be used to process and manage your reservations, provide requested services, personalize your experience, and communicate with you about your stay and promotions.
  • ➡️ We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. The data like your Name, age, Aadhaar card details, address won’t be share with anybody without your permission.
  • ➡️ Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience and gather information about how you use our site. You can manage your cookie preferences or opt-out of certain tracking technologies through your browser settings.

Refund Policies

We understand that travel plans can change, so Khairi Resort offers a variety of cancellation options to suit your needs. Please review the details below to ensure you understand our policy.

  • ➡️ Fully Flexible: Guests can cancel anytime up to 14 days before check-in and receive a full refund. (5% transfer charges will be deducted)
  • ➡️ Partial Flexible: Guests can cancel anytime up to 7 days before check-in and receive a partial up to 60% refund.
  • ➡️ Non-Refundable – During special offers and promotions, and cancellation receive within 4 days before check-in comes with no refunds.
  • ➡️ No show – Guests who fail to arrive without cancelling will be charged the full amount of the advance.
  • ➡️ Special Circumstances - We recognize emergencies and unforeseen events can happen. In such cases, please contact our reservations team directly. We'll change your booking dates as per your suitability unto 1 year.
  • ➡️ If the guest cancels the booking and agree to take the voucher then the guest will receive the voucher of the full amount for the upcoming stays.
